Returning an Online Purchase

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you a refund or send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style.

Within 45 days of the order date: You can exchange your item(s) or receive a refund to the original method of payment
After 45 days: We will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

There are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise.

For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached and a copy of your order receipt.

Mail your item(s) using the pre-paid Canada Post or FedEx shipping label included in your package.

When using another shipping method, additional charges will apply.

Follow the below instructions to package your return and mail it back to us:

Make a copy of your invoice for your records.

Circle the item(s) that you're returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.

Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the completed invoice.

Affix your Canada Post or Fedex return shipping label to the packaging or address the package to the address noted above. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.

If using the shipping label provided, take the package to your nearest Canada Post outlet or drop your package in a Canada Post mail box or a Fedex facility.

Online Return Refund & Processing

Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment via with shipping fees deducted.

All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your return package.
